The mission of Interpretation of Compensation Terms is to help service provider to understand the detailed payment schedule in the respect of terms of services.

Interpretation of Compensation Terms Service

This is designed for one of our largest clients who have specifies need to hire the attorney to provide the explanation of compensation terms with the required services the following

Fees

- $30 per hour up to 8 hours per on-site interpretation services;

- After 100 hour onsite experiences, attorney will be paid $40 per hour and then $60 per hour after 100 onsite interpretation services is completed as required.

Payment Schedule

All payments for the services rendered will be paid at a 30 day term and payable on or before the 28th of the next month from for the service provided previous in case the invoice is received on or before 5th of month unless it has been especially notice in other compensation package escwro attorney has signed.  

Responsibility

1. Communicate with service provider using  phone and email for the final goal of collecting  the invoice p provocatively and accordingly.
2. Read vender’s invoice and make reasonable question per your knowledge or per our client’s request.  
3. Negotiating Hospital Bills and set of  IVF monitoring  ultrasound Service as listed above
4. Review and Approve collected invoice with summary of approved invoice and send to us by email and follow-up with the final payment made by verification of payment ( mainly check or charge on credit card statement) .

 Completion of Service and Bonus(es)  

1. Maximum three (3) hour onsite allowance prior to interpretation services  that combines the phone communication 3 days in advance by delivering the greeting call(s) to GC candidate prior to her medical screening appointment and the on-site document preparation for each interpretation. The purpose of the calls is to explain SAP medical  the process to ensure GC candidate understand what involved in this process and let her feel comfortable especially the video interview since most IPs are not from US and need to understand the GC and her family only through her video interview at http://www.surrogatematching.com/surrogate_assessment_program/process . The onsite document preparation includes to review her records and understand her family background mainly to Prepare 634 GC Compensation Package, 635 Insurance and 636 Medical Account Setup Form and 637 Reimbursement Form, including  MOU, Medial Release and Release Protected Information  and  634 GC Compensation Package
2. Explanation and Notarization the signed document listed above
3. Verification of Understanding of pregnancy via ultrasound with OBGYN Medical Statement of Abnormalities of the Pregnancy (OMSAP )
4. Explaining and Collecting 15 Samples of Statement
5. $80.00 bonus will apply to the same day service once all requirment documents are collected and notarized.
6. Delaying the notarized documents will be considered as incompletion of services that might result in the risk of vulnerability by the security rules of HIPPA.
7. Bonus will not apply if documents or one of the required documents collected and notarized by others.
8. Bonus will not apply if the collected signatuares are not scanned and with summary note
9. Bonus will not apply if the service summary is not provided.

 This service position is permitted to deliver the Invoice Collection and Review Services.
